Close to home
From the Rockies to the Gulf, hunting and fishing within reach
North America offers more variety than any other region in the APEX portfolio, and much of it is only a short flight away. British Columbia delivers horseback backcountry hunts from remote camps for Moose, Mountain Goat, Stone Sheep, Elk and Black Bear. In the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and Utah, Elk and Mule Deer are hunted by glassing basins and ridgelines, with Utah adding Pronghorn and Bison on select private properties.
Farther south the experience changes completely. Texas ranch country offers Whitetail, Axis Deer, Aoudad, Blackbuck and a wide range of exotic species. Florida’s wetlands bring Alligator hunting by boat after dark and thermal hog hunts. Montana is our fly fishing and upland destination: wild Rainbow, Brown and Cutthroat Trout in the morning, Grouse behind bird dogs in the afternoon.
Because travel is simpler and trips can be shorter, North America suits a first guided hunt, a long weekend with friends or an adventure that includes the whole family. We handle outfitter selection, license and draw considerations, accommodation and the details in between.

Montana Fly Fishing Experience
